Really good quality materials...be sure to order the correct size! My son is an average 12 year old (40kg) and he fits the size 18...not sure if it will fit him next year. The overall straps are luckily adjustable so you dont have too much slack. It has adustable waist but have no idea how skinny you would have to be to need to cinch it. Overall happy with the product...they should think about changing the sizes on the tags...it was nerve wracking to find which size to order when you have to upsize so high. I think he couldve even gone with a 20 and wear it next yr for sure.
